1. Retained Support
Best for consistent, ongoing support

✅ Starting from just 10 hours per month
Monthly Retainer: £40 per hour
Minimum Commitment: 10 hours per month
Maximum Commitment: 60 hours per month
- Invoiced monthly via BACS
- Payment due by the 1st of each month
- Additional hours (if agreed) billed in minute increments
- Full time tracking with detailed reports available on request
2. Ad-Hoc Support
Perfect for short-term needs or one-off projects

✅ No ongoing commitment required
Hourly Rate: £45 per hour
Minimum Charge: 1 hour
Additional Time: Billed in minute increments
- Deposit Payment required in advance
- Actual Hours paid in arrears within 7 days of invoicing
- Additional hours invoiced as agreed
- Transparent time tracking and reporting provided
3. Productivity Power Hour

Power Hour Session: £75.00
In this focused session, we’ll assess your current setup (including inbox and diary), highlight time drains, and recommend practical, personalised strategies to help you reclaim valuable hours.

- Postage, stationery, and telephone charges: charged at cost
- Printing: £0.50 per sheet
- Travel: Public Transport, Parking and Taxis charged at cost. Car Mileage at 45p per mile.
