Hello! I’m Jules Taylor — Founder, Director, and the Virtual Assistant behind Taylor Made PA.
With over a decade of experience as a Corporate PA, I’ve had the privilege of supporting CEOs and HR Executives in fast-paced London environments before founding Taylor Made PA in 2018. My professional journey began in the travel industry, where I spent 15 years working my way up into management. That experience not only sparked my lifelong passion for travel but also shaped the tailored, detail-driven service I offer today — including our specialist travel support.
A Unique Journey
Between my time in travel and becoming a freelance PA in 2019, I explored roles in Commercial Sales & Marketing in football and later spent 15 years supporting a football club through Supporter Services — all while continuing my work as an Executive Assistant. This diverse background gives me a unique edge: I understand the demands of both business and lifestyle, and how to help busy professionals find calm in the chaos.
A Career Highlight
One of my proudest moments? Volunteering as a Games Maker at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, where I worked at Greenwich Park supporting the Equestrian and Modern Pentathlon events. It remains one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Since then, I’ve also proudly volunteered at the UEFA 2020 Men’s and Women’s 2022 Euros and the 2024 Champions League Final at Wembley Stadium. I’m sure I will be back for the 2028 Euros too!
