Are you a Virtual Assistant that books Travel for your clients?

 

After a year where most travel has been grounded – we should get the green light for travel to start again over the next few weeks. It will vary by country and testing requirements will be monitored frequently and will be changed as needed.

 

As a VA do you work with Coaches, Consultants and Trainers?

 

Do they Travel frequently?

Do they have Business Dinners? Both at home and away from home?

Do they run events?

 

Or do you book a lot of Travel and Events?

 

If the answer is yes, then working with a Virtual Assistant that is also a Travel Consultant rather than delegating different tasks to different people could be beneficial for you.

Working with a Traditional Travel Consultant means you may be restricted in that you can only book Travel that earns a commission or comes with a booking fee.

They also, in most cases, cannot assist you booking extras like, restaurants for Team or Board dinners and company events.

 

Why work with a specialist Travel Virtual Assistant?

 

Booking low cost flights through a Travel Consultant often incurs booking fee of around £25 per person. I can book this as a VA for time spent.

Need to book a dinner for when they are at home or away? A Travel Consultant won’t generally assist with this, but I can charge this as a VA for my time spent.

Trying to arrange a Conference or External Meeting? A Travel Consultant may only be willing to book the hotel rooms. As a Virtual Assistant I can help you arrange the whole event.

I can also help you write a Travel Policy for your client business.

 

Why book with me?

 

I am a former Corporate PA and now work as a Virtual Assistant. I have over 12 years’ experience working as a PA/VA. I have been responsible for booking Business Travel and Events and Hospitality for my bosses and clients.

Earlier in my career I also spent over 10 years working as a Leisure Travel Consultant and I love to travel myself.  

When I set up my Virtual Assistant business in 2018, I realised how much I could offer my clients by also bringing in an ABTA bonded Travel Booking Service.

Then I realised how I could help other Virtual Assistants too by offering that service to them and their customers.

 

Booking Personal Travel

 

Do you often research personal holidays for your clients? Does it take a lot of your time?

I am now offering Virtual Assistants a referral scheme for booking personal travel for your clients.

I will charge you a £40 fee to check your clients or bosses Holiday – which is refundable to you if they make the booking with me.

I work in partnership with Premier Travel, who have been on the High Street for 85 years.

All packaged holidays are ABTA and ATOL protected and 100% financially secure.
