      About Me

I am Jules – your Taylor Made Equestrian PA. I learned to ride almost as soon as I can walk. Mainly as a babysitting tool that my parents probably came to regret!

I wanted to teach horse riding as a teenager and had a fail when my college course dropped the Equestrian Element of my course the week we started. I ended up working as a Travel Agent but continued to ride into my 20’s and I had some amazing opportunities to ride in the Bush in Australia and through the Sugar Plantations to the Beach in Jamaica.

Then I had a fairly serious accident just before I was 25 and didn’t get back in the saddle for a decade. But the passion for ponies never left me and having started to have lessons again I was given an amazing opportunity to bring a 12.2hh Strawberry Roan Welsh Pony back into work and he was an absolute Superstar. I rode him for 3 years before he was sold on to a family with a little girl to love him.

I have spent over a decade now working as a Personal and Virtual Assistant and love nothing more to help people get organised and spend more time doing what they love.

I volunteer regularly. Firstly with The Horse Trust in Speen. And I have been lucky enough to attend some amazing shows representing them including The Royal Windsor Horse Show, Horse of the Year Show, Blenheim Horse Trials and Olympia. And more lately with Wellington Riding and the Wellington Horse Trials and recently supported their International Dressage Event. But the greatest experience of my life was being a Games Maker at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games at Greenwich Park for the Equestrian Games. Simply the best thing I have ever done and something I am so proud to have been even a small part of.
